Hikari Hospitality Fund Completes First Hotel Acquisition in Osaka, Japan

Hikari Hospitality Fund is pleased to announce the acquisition of R Hotel Namba Daikokucho, marking the Fund’s first investment and an important milestone in its Japan hospitality investment strategy.

The Fund is a Singapore variable capital company (VCC) managed by AP Property Fund Management Pte. Ltd., a member of PhillipCapital and a fund manager licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Located in Osaka, the property offers convenient access to key commercial and leisure districts within one of Japan’s major tourism destinations. This acquisition reflects the Fund’s confidence in Japan’s hospitality sector and its long-term growth potential.

The transaction was made possible through the collaborative efforts of Hacienda Hospitality Management, AP Property Fund Management, Hacienda Agility Management KK, and Agility Asset Advisers.
