Hospitality Executive

Responsibilities

  • Develop hotel management and consultancy capabilities for the Group

  • Manage the portfolio of owned hotels

  • Analyse hospitality markets and conduct feasibility studies

  • Monitoring and reporting trends in the hotel business and staying informed on industry practices and new developments

  • Work on new hotel/F&B projects

  • Provide administrative support to the project management team

  • In charge of project site coordination and tracking project progress

  • Maintain proper filing and records for each project

  • Generate regular reports

  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent

  • Hotel pre-opening experience is highly desirable

  • 2-3 years of relevant industry experience

  • Experience in project management is preferable

  • Good research skills, motivated, forward-thinking, adaptable and meticulous

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, IT savvy and digitally versatile

  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Knowledge of the Japanese language and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus

  • Open to frequent travel

Additional Information

  • Salary: $2,800 to $3,500 monthly

  • 2 years contract
