Manager, Sales and Marketing, Revenue Management


  • Develop and manage the Sales and Marketing Plan, including digital strategy,  for boutique accommodation. Recommend growth efforts and monitor progress, ensure the properties are competitively positioned within the local marketplace.

  • Plan and implement effective and efficient marketing strategies across all platforms for optimum brand exposure and revenue opportunities.

  • Acquire new business and manage existing customers to develop a strong market share and maximise revenue.

  • Plan and implement relevant sales strategies to pursue growth targets.

  • Drive market share and revenue performance through pricing and mix management, maximise the profitability of the property.

  • Develop and execute inventory, distribution and pricing strategies, and understand the competitor landscape.

  • Prepare regular reporting such as property performance and forecast report.

  • Audit rates on all distribution channels to ensure they are updated correctly.

  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.


  • Degree level qualification in a relevant field or substantial professional experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the hospitality industry.

  • Experience in digital marketing, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.

  • Experience in revenue management.

  • Knowledge in revenue management tools, channel management tools and PMS.

  • Familiarity with the hospitality market in Japan preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in English and Japanese (both written and spoken).

    Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures.

  • Able to work independently and in a team.

  • Willing to travel.
